@HostPapa Why is it taking so long for support to look at our server problem. All sites & emails down. Been well over 24 hours!! Not good !!

@ksteve @HostPapa Same here! My VPS had been down 24 hours now, 2 websites including a membership site. Tickets opened and ignored.
