Billing and tech support @mochahost is the worst ever. They kept my $18.90 since April 2009 and still refuse to credit it back. Terrible!

Tech support @mochahost sucks! Bunch of losers who need hand-holding each time, otherwise they stuff up. They never complete anything 100%.

@mochahost Their 30-day money back policy gives you credit which you cannot get out of their account. There is word for that. Stealing.

#mochahost sucks; the support guy have a metric that they have to answer the tickets; so they only answer ticket with bull shit to earn time
