@SingleHop the problem is that I'm paying 15x more for your servers but you crash 80x more frequently. I'm expecting a refund. Ridiculous.

Check this bullshit out. Paid $150 for a server that didn't work. They wont offer me a refund. Avoid @SingleHop they're CS is shit.

Got off the phone with a @SingleHop agent only 30 minutes ago, I stated the invoice would be paid. They took down the site. #FAIL
