@SingleHop Besides losses, i'm annoyed by the fact that you say that you will communicate any problems instead of us finding out on our own

@Ducktail I only remember one major downtime, that SingleHop networking error we had on US1 a few weeks ago.

Not at all happy with the level of customer service at @SingleHop. Server has been down all day. I thought I was paying for managed support!

@siasatpk : Singlehop hosting is terrible. please change to some other hosting service.
