Won't be using @scaleway for my servers after all, both fresh vms wouldnt start after initial update, support flippant, staying with @OVH

@scaleway I would rather have a faster stop / start routine. 2h offline for adding a simple disk ist ridiculous.

@QuadPiece @Yurifag_ @qwertxzy the ridiculously small storage space on scaleway is the only reason i never considered them good
