@scaleway So far I'm extremely happy with how it's working for me. Finding the attached SSD was a little tricky, but I did figure it out.

Reliably running @OpenVPN on an ARM based @scaleway C1 server for €2.99 a month. Great value with their 200Mbit/s of unmetered bandwidth.
