Had a great experience with Docker Cloud and Scaleway today. Docker Cloud especially made it very easy to deploy my app. #docker #scaleway

@Jay_AHR_ Seems about right to me. Early adapters of this strategy include @scaleway who rock at "ARM in the cloud."
