@SiteGround I found the problem. It turns out the imagick lib packaged does not work with PHP 7.3. Looking forward to that being resolved

@AMtwo Siteground - way way superior to Blue Host and their ilk. BH were cheap but so beyond frustrating. Support was farcical.
