Move to CPanel complicated :( RT @faberfoto @wingsofmercury @westhost are slow to respond to trouble tickets also-sites flakey all weekend.

@WestHost I only purchased West Host hosting & domain 9 days ago. I am very insulted that my acc has been termed as "fraud". please fix it!

@WestHost It's very frustrating. I can't understand WHY the resources are maxed out, even after intensive research. Support ticket is open.

FWIW, the Community Color have been down all day. The engineers @Westhost have been working on the problem (I hope)
