@WestHost All my sites are down AGAIN. Same server issues that you always seem to have lately. Chat is 24-minute wait. Can't wait; costing $

(2/2) Westhost left the 2011 server up, someone hacked in and has used it for six years, and @whhelp shut down MY server "by mistake".

@WestHost PLEASE change your hold music. Been a customer since 2002. Now hate that classic piece. PLEASE CHANGE THE SONG!!!!

5 hours and still @WestHost has not been able to complete a simple DNS record change.. This company sucks! Use someone else.

At this point, tickets I'm filing with my web host @WestHost are taking ten days to get a response. I'm really not happy about this.
