@LiquidWeb Looks like the "Heroic Service" is dropping the ball. SQL and sites down for over an hour now, with almost zero communication.

@LiquidWeb 17 hours are gone and no one checked why my server is down. Worst support I have ever got from @LiquidWeb. Ticket# 1571049
