@coachnotesblog If you use @liquidweb, they manage them for you. We've got a mix of both (ones we manage & ones we dont have to worry about)

Utterly disgusted w @liquidweb. 2 ecommerce websites down for 6 hrs, 4 different techs handing off issue, failing to take notes.
