Kinda love @rackspace after they apologized for accidentally forgetting the whole merge part of mail merge. Most ppl would just let that go.

@nerdist The images that are broken go to a rackspace URL, while the ones that are functioning go directly to nerdist.com.

@rossnoble @rackspace This frustrated me too, but at least it's cheap! Count this as my recommendation.
