@heroku I love Heroku, but "heroku help" breaks forty years of useful tradition. "--app" isn't even mentioned. And "--help" should work.

@heroku's "BUNDLE_WITHOUT" feature is awesome except it seems to force a bundle install every commit

Hah http://human-queue.heroku.com/ is full of fail because people need to put at least as much in as they take for it to be interesting.
