it's bad there are no capabilities to define ENV variable in @dotcloud like do by heroku :(

Yay! It took a while but new taps gem (0.3.18) fixes #heroku problem with db:push failing on boolean fields.

From the error message, it looks like connect.me is a Rails app on Heroku.
