@Ronald_Dijks ClearDB by Heroku right now but I don't think it's a db error, it's more likely on my side

Note to self: When experiencing that your #Heroku app is not responding, try "heroku ps:scale web=0" followed by "heroku ps:scale web=1"

@ntlk so, heroku worked around a rails deployment bug originally, but as load and demand increased the workaround failed to work.

"HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable." @heroku seems to fulfill "infinite scaling" with their lists.heroku.com
