@heroku has the worst customer support process I've ever experienced. The. worst. I'd rec having human interactions vs message boards & FAQs

I don't think I've ever had a worse customer experience than I've had with @heroku. I've been a paying customer of #heroku for 3 years.

@jonathan_windle cool. yeah I like Heroku because it's so damn easy, but if we can setup CI it can prob handle deployments anywhere
