@bhelx That being said I have noticed, switching our application from heroku to bare ec2, ~100ms shaved off the network layer.

@tirsen @dhanji you seem to think google engineers are a magic bullet ;) the problems at Heroku are not purely technical.

@nateberkopec Fair enough. I read their complaint, but had no clue what actually happened. I've never run a Heroku app that big.
