For Startups, Car2go can actually work like AWS or Heroku. It provides you stable service and help you handle all the dirty problems.

Sometimes, every few days, my Rails app on @Heroku suddenly can’t find a view file it’s been serving for days without error, then it’s ok

@chrislpenner IMO: a) you had a v unusual bad first experience with AWS. b) Heroku: high startup effort but prob the lowest ongoing effort
