Forget iCloud CoreData synching. It's pain. Instead use iCloud KV Store to share an user ID. Sync data through GOA, Heroku, or else.

It's blowing my mind that switching from Heroku Postgres to RDS gets me multi AZ and an SLA while at the same time being cheaper

One thing I miss on Heroku: being able to `iptables` drop this one particular IP. Bad request, every 1 second, for ages.

That moment when you get an api going, push to heroku, and then find out it errors cause its not https.
