Waste an hour futzing around with Mongoid throwing errors on heroku, to eventually find out it's just that I need to enforce ruby 1.9.3

Trying to set up @Tazz_Bot on Heroku has been such a pain; documentation is lacking and scattered which makes setup horrible.
