@hypatiadotca I guess Heroku et al make it easier now, but you still have to have some Clue. "Apache runs PHP!" is ubiquitous. Sad.

Disappointed @heroku charges for SSL, w/ no cert. heroku addons:create ssl:endpoint ... done, ($20.00/month) First time a CLI billed me
