I think I am a victim of @Docker Stockholm syndrome. Deploying to @heroku is pretty damn sweet, to EC2 as well. Just the learning curve...

Just found out that, if your Gemfile contains entries like mswin or mingw, then the Gemfile.lock file will be ignored on Heroku. #fail

Personal victory: running assets:precompile *before* git add . and pushing. Heroku, you make me do this with Rails 4, and it sucks.

@chriseppstein asset pipeline is failing badly on heroku. Even assets:precompile isn't working. Will have a rethink.
