@garybernhardt if the last ping tests fail rollback so I am actually thinking 2 heroku production instances and switch between them instead

@kilianvalkhof why not try migrating from @heroku to Red Hat's @openshift while you're at it :-)

@cjnash @buzzilinear By far. The worst we're ever affected w/Heroku is "oh well." Beats having half the team in a panic contacting *elus.
