@godfat it's informative but also inspire me to choose app severs more carefully. At least, I wouldn't use unicorn on Heroku anymore.

@hackuador right now I’ve deployed some scotty static sites on heroku, anything else I’ve tried seemed to fail. I’ll give it a shot asap :)

@cypresslaw Yeah I was hoping to do a quick and dirty static db because I can upload it to heroku without provisioning a cloud db.

@margusholland Wishful thinking probably. We and most of our clients have chosen already to move away from Heroku anyway.
