not happy with @heroku today. 2 hours waiting for an urgent request to be attended. "FATAL: sorry, too many clients already" on postgresql

Heroku... You know it's written in Ruby if: 1. It's the most beautiful web-interface. 2. It's the worst user experience.

@jgodson88 Yeah, that'd be the ideal route, but I am but a poor man and Heroku requires a card to use add-ons, even if they're free.

@jacksonh ok haven't accounted for elastic balancing so a little less (don't use it myself), guess that's something Heroku provides OOB.
