It's inevitable that the one day of the month I decide to deploy, Heroku's dev API is down. My timing sucks.

@schneems @heroku @mattreduce I believe it. Most OSS issues have nothing to do with the library and are due to bad app code, too.

@gotbones Be it a guide, or built-in, I’m trying to get this stupid easy to deploy like Rails on Heroku. It’ll help adoption, for sure
