@heroku tried 6 different cards to get into a different tier and all shows error. Not sure what I should do next.

@nrr @saturnflyer FWIW, @heroku pulled their support, and @sqoot has spent the better part of today apologizing. Still a dumb move, though.

@grimen I think splunk looks promising, however I'm quite disappointed in the actual log files.from heroku... not that useful
