@TheRedAaron Heroku's listed 99.97% uptime is for *last* month, not real time. I made the same mistake at first :)

Timeouts just getting to the @heroku console. Either I have bad luck or these guys have gotten too successful and can't keep up with demand

We prioritize boring and working over fancy pants; most of our infra is on Heroku ATM and we are moving some clients onto EBS and RDS.

Actually a bit annoyed that multi-million dollar companies like heroku and intercom are no more resilient than my small operation.
