@heroku the random transfer of ownership of apps is a huge security problem. You need to acknowledge support requests. It's been 6+ hours.

Stuck EBS volume had an app completely screwed, took 3 minutes to promote a follower and have it back online thanks @heroku DoD

new startup plan: tourettehost. basically heroku, but use google's bad word lists to generate appdomains instead of adj+noun.
