@salesforce should buy @meteorjs (MDG), fully embrace @reactjs, push hard on #pgsql with @heroku Connect, and go big on testing tools

@dddagradi @heroku Yes. I'm typically adding a config var for next code deploy. Right now, I'm forced to pay price of slow Rails boot time.
