@Enock4seth try the rubygem-heroku, and rvm. If they fail, just try and switch to debian base. ;-)

@heroku FYI deploys are dead slow currently. Rebuilding gems against Ruby 2-p247 and its killing me.

@jagregory I am using quite a lot of triggers in my apps and 9.1 has superior support that #heroku #postgresql #version #fail /cc @heroku

I definitely won't be using heroku for my next app. It's either #cloudbees or #cloudfoundry at the moment.
