@humphd @flukeout @TheRealPomax @theSedgeHammer I saw many errors in Heroku so I scaled Thimble and Publish up to 8 dynos each

@MrDanack @heroku 7.0.0 also had bcmath as shared, as documented. No change over 7.0.0 in this regard. Likely user confusion or error.
