@SarahFrantz 1and1.com is good for domain registration, but I wouldn't use them for hosting at all. is the concensus

#ihate1and1 I got through to 1and1 but their site is not working correctly for me to change my package to a cheaper one. #wellthatfigures

@1and1 This DNS issue is completely unacceptable, not only is our organization's website down, but email is being bounced back to senders
