@WickedLPixie I never use online support. I call their sorry asses... but thats why I use 1and1... their CS is amazing.

@bohobear @1and1 is pretty good, I've been with them for few years. Their service is cheap and their technical support is not too bad

oneandone are terrible. I advise you all in Twitterland not get a vps server with #1and1. Six weeks of problems and still not sorted.

@1and1 you suck. holding domain names hostage, the worst support/customer service i've ever had to deal with in my entire life.
