I purchased a domain with @1and1 more then 3 weeks ago and they still don't get the job done. Only use @1and1 if you are into time wasting.

@tbaybu they have been good. I bought a domain 2/10 at @1and1 and its still pending registration. and they keep telling I have to patient

@JordanCallumA I use 1and1.co.uk there support is awesome, but it's more professional hosting, not sure if that's what you're looking into

Transferring domains from 1and1 to hover.com. 1and1 asked me to 'verify my password' to them over the phone. Eek! That's not good...

@1and1 - just asked for a list of all my domains, sent to 3 departments and they still send me someone else's list - so awful!
