Again on hold to @1and1! Terrible customer service....many hours wasted. Nearly a month without usable email....27 minutes and counting.....

@spolsky @mc_hankins the worse is @1and1 @gmxmail requesting a fax to cancel a pro subscription. And *before* 4w to renewal date.

@1and1 Your hosting and customer service is terrible. You cause problem and then cannot fix them.
