1and1 I am a new customer today & basically your customer service sucks, your service has been spotty all day & your reps are scripted bots

@1and1 what's interesting to me from a cust.serv & sales standpoint is they didn't even try to keep me as a customer, just OK refund bye-bye

@loimp I agree - I had a bad experience with @1and1 about a month ago. Luckily it only cost me $30, but I will avoid them forever now.
