@1and1help shorter TTLs or let me enter a damn A record. Your domain registration and control panel is the WORST thing about 1and1.

Beyond Absurd: @1and1 emails me; says domain xfer would happen @ 9am today. It didn't. website still down. I call & told xfer will be tmrw.

Over 5 days & counting of downtime b/c @1and1 forced me to delete site b/f moving DNS. When DNS didn't get updated, I attempted domain xfer.

@1and1_UK unlike a normal company who inform you when your card is about to expire, 1and1 simply lock your account, BEYOND FURIOUS !!!!!!!!!
