If you get rid of an "included domain" you can't move an "additional domain" to "included" on @1and1 Have to keep paying as "additional"

@1and1 are an absolute joke! Trying to charge me for an account I closed nearly 2 years ago, which doesn't even exist anymore, ridiculous!!
