My company no longer deals with clients hosted on @1and1 due to them being the worst #hosting company in existence bar none!

.@1and1 was on the phone with your sales rep. While she was not helpful to me, she wasn't very passionate about the 1&1 Principles.

Oh man, if you need #webhosting or any kind of internet services, save yourself a problem and don't use @1and1 . These guys are terrible!
