On Christmas Day, @1and1 is sending me fake invoices for cancelled services, demanding payment, refusing emails "for security reasons". Wow.

Incredibly bad srvc & bad business @1and1 They shut off my server & immediately went on vacation. Tech support: too bad no help until Friday

@1and1 I would suggest you fix your website. I've been trying to order a new domain now for the past 11 minutes and keep getting an error!!
