Still no help from @1and1 @1and1help with our domain, 6 days of daily promises and our client's bread and butter website remains down.

FYI @1and1 SUCKS! All I want to do is change a domain from shared to dedicated IP...2 days later still can't do it! Oh and on hold 4 hours.
