Never use 1&1 (1and1.co.uk) they are thieves! Once your card details are with them, they won't stop auto-renewing your domain

Do not use @1and1 under any circumstances! They have held my website hostage for 5 days now. No updates, no supervisor, 10+ minutes 4 help!

Had DOS attack that 1and1 failed at handling. @wpengine neutralized attack *and* site is at least 3x faster than ever. Hosting like a boss.

@Xuzz Good point, 1and1 are pretty knee-jerk about anything with the subject containing "cease and desist"
