Stalactites are formed in less time than it takes to access @1and1's Control Panel. That's right, you're slower than ancient cave formations

@garyptaylor I almost considered going back to @1and1_UK @1and1 until I saw your problems. What a nightmare! Get rid of them asap.

#ihate1and1 I got through to 1and1 but their site is not working correctly for me to change my package to a cheaper one. #wellthatfigures

@1and1 This DNS issue is completely unacceptable, not only is our organization's website down, but email is being bounced back to senders
