@WickedLPixie I never use online support. I call their sorry asses... but thats why I use 1and1... their CS is amazing.

@bohobear @1and1 is pretty good, I've been with them for few years. Their service is cheap and their technical support is not too bad

I purchased a domain with @1and1 more then 3 weeks ago and they still don't get the job done. Only use @1and1 if you are into time wasting.

@tbaybu they have been good. I bought a domain 2/10 at @1and1 and its still pending registration. and they keep telling I have to patient

@JordanCallumA I use 1and1.co.uk there support is awesome, but it's more professional hosting, not sure if that's what you're looking into
