@1and1help_uk @1and1 so much for a 24/7 helpline - been tryin 2 phone u regardin my account, no emails, would have been helpful to fix asap

It seems @1and1 Twitter Support is better than the phone/email support by far for quick things, good thing to learn for IT/desk Educators
