@BobSparkle if you go the blogger platform route, then WordPress not too bad. 1and1 have ready made templates straight off the shelf.

Had amazing offer by @1and1 today, change monthly payment from 2€ to 4€! Best part is that I don't have to do anything, it will be automatic
