@1and1 WORST customer service experience EVER. Was yelled at. Wouldn't recommend. Had to cancel credit card to ensure no charge.

It is so frustrating that @1and1 will not correct the spelling of my name. Every time I send an email I smdh Frustrated with #CustomService

Never going to do business with @1and1 again. They've cut the domain off and cost me thousands in losses, and worst is they don't care :(
