@4uiserve Count yourself lucky. I've been having problems for months with @1and1, and get no reply or assistance. Completely useless

@1and1 OMG! Trying to transfer domain from 1&1. Been lied to via phone & email. Phone #s aren't even correct. Horrible tech support.

@1and1 is frighteningly pathetic. The resources are slow and non-functional. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced anywhere
